The Regional Catastrophic Planning Grant Program (RCPGP)

Established in 2008, the RCPGP is a groundbreaking Department of Homeland Security initiative to encourage collaborative emergency planning in America’s largest regions. The 10 RCPGP sites across the country selected to participate in this grant program all represent high-risk, large urban areas and their surrounds.
