The Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP) is an initiative for jurisdictions across NY, NJ, CT, and PA, funded by the US Department of Homeland Security. In this section of the Regional Catastrophic Planning Team (RCPT) website, you can find an overview of the teams that comprise this effort, including the RCPGP for the New York and New Jersey area, RCPT Members, the Regional Integration Center (RIC) Plan Advisors, the RIC Plan Leads, the Program Directors, and the RIC Plan Managers.
