This site is intended as a platform for sharing information and encouraging dialogue about the ongoing work of the RCPT. Whether you represent a government agency, a nongovernmental organization, or the private sector, your input will help us to produce effective and comprehensive guidance. The planning materials featured on this site are conceptual and will continue to evolve as the regional planning effort moves forward.
